In-Demand Positions in Renewable Energies in Latin America
What are the most in-demand positions currently sought by renewable energy companies in Latin America?
It depends on the stage at which the company finds itself. If it’s opening operations or in the introduction phase, it would need positions like a Business Development Manager and Project Development Manager.
In the growth stage of the company, the most sought-after positions are Projects Manager, Project Finance, and Electrical Manager.
On the other hand, if the company is in a mature phase, they will be looking for a CEO, HR Manager, and an Accounting.
At RG Principal, we believe that in the medium term, the merging of profiles from the information technology sector with the electrical sector will create a demand for roles that do not currently exist, and we will have to develop these roles with the best talents from both worlds.
