An Energy Multinational is looking for a Regional Talent Manager , who will be leading the operation and will be responsible for the projects in the region (8 countries).

Responsibilities :

-Execute succession plans.
– Relationship Building: Internal and external rapport with all members of the team, credibility, confidentiality,proactivity, responsiveness and mutual respect.
-Organization and time management skills.
– Attend Meetings with the executive board.
-Manage Projects in the Region.
-Successful Talent Calibration Projects.
-Advanced HR Metrics (Excluding).
-Flexibility – able to take «on the last minute» requests while proactively managing internal and external clients to avoid future instances of same.
-In charge of Monitoring of evaluation processes in the Region.

Bachelor’s Degree and Postgraduate studies are a plus, MBA prefered.

More than 5 years managing multicultural,diverse and large HR teams. English B2-C1. Knowledge in Workday.
