People Specialist

For important FinTech we are looking for a People Specialist with between 4 and 6 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to help them evaluate and structure hiring, onboarding, development and retention needs for roles of varying seniority (from mid-level up to executive) across multiple business areas (including Engineering & Product, Growth, Compliance, Finance, People, and more)
- Drive every stage of the people process, from talent acquisition to training, development and retention steps and make accountable decisions
- Play a key role in ensuring that the company grows and scales in a strategic, sustainable manner
- Add value to our recruiting processes by leveraging current trends in active sourcing and recruiting while driving improvements that impact local pipeline areas
- Manage projects to ensure continuous optimization and development of the team and our processes
- Determine strategies to ensure diverse teams and an inclusive workplace culture
Education:
Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology and any related careers.
Experience:
- You speak fluent English.
- You have 4+ years of experience in the People department of a consulting, technology, financial services, or consumer company.
- You’re knowledgeable about sourcing techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events and Boolean searches.
- You’re familiar with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- You have strong interviewing skills – behavioral and technical interviews are part of your daily life.
- You have experience in onboarding, developing, and retaining talent in an organization (you’re also a people generalist)
- You’re results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial, and passionate about recruiting.
- You are a team player and can adapt to constant change.
