The HR business partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating needs proactively with the HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions.
Maintain employee records and files
Ensure efficiency of office administration and organization.
Conduct file audits in accordance with our policies.
Post internal job openings.
Place ads for employment.
Pre-screen applications and resume.
Conduct pre-screen interviews for managers (when are required).
Assist with reference and background checks.
Generate employment letters for all new employees.
Process all new hiring paperwork.
Communicate Recruitment goals to the HR team.
Training and Development
Coordinate on-going training programs for employees and managers.
Handle employee relations issues as required.
Conduct exit interviews for all employees.
Employee Benefits & Compensation
Administration of company sponsored benefit programs.
Provide insurance benefits information to new employees and assist with new enrollments.
Participate in annual competitive wage and benefit surveys.
Support HR team to ensure proper communication is taking place.
1. Bachelor degree required; degree in human resources, psychology, business management or equivalent is preferred.
2. at least 5 years of experience
3. Fluent English
9 months fixed-term agreement with possibilities to become long term contract
