Brand & Comms Manager

RG Principal is looking for a job for a multinational Fintech company in Colombian market, with at least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Communications, or Growth roles.
Key Responsabilities:
- Develop our Brand & Communications strategy in Colombia to support our growth targets and consolidate our brand and reputation locally.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our value proposition, business model, and key performance indicators to generate brand related investments plans to support our business goals.
- Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly marketing campaigns with our creative agency to deploy across offline and online channels.
- Manage and lead the relationship with our creative, offline media and PR & Comms agencies to generate high-value resources to support our business goals.
- Lead the relationship with our acquisition channels leads (Paid Marketing, Referrals, Sales, Retail) to provide them with high-quality content and ideas to support acquisition targets while protecting our brand, reputation and messaging.
- Manage all organic channels, including Social Media, Website and SEO initiatives.
- Report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or campaign-specific results.
- Even though you will manage a team, we expect you to be empowered to remain at the forefront of the market by constantly iterating and challenging our status quo to meet our brand and business objectives.
- You’ll work with distributed teams in Brazil, Chile and Europe to learn from their experiences and have their support iterating on different ideas.
- Foster a collaborative culture between areas and within the team.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Communications, or Growth roles.
- You have experience working on FinTech companies or StartUps.
- Not afraid of doing and beginning a project from scratch.
- You have no problem with uncertainties. You find it easy to structure the unstructured.
- Adaptability skills in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing your deliveries according to business needs.
- You have strong stakeholder and project management skills.
- Pragmatic approach to tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and team player with a can-do attitude.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- At least 5 years of general experience, where 3 years are being the sponsor/responsible for brand and comms strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
